Programs we’ve built or use

  • Telemetry

    We use radiotelemetry to continuously monitor and record changes in physiology resulting from infection using DSI’s Ponemah software. This can include activity, fever, cardiac function, or brain function. We use code in MatLab, Python and R to analyze the data we get.

  • Pneumonia severity

    Using FIJI we can analyze loss of alveolar regions in the lungs of animals infected with respiratory pathogens like tularemia, avian influenza, or COVID-19

  • Respiratory physiology

    Using Fineponte and Ponemah software, we can analyze changes in respiratory function during and after infection
